We’ll come to your home, assess everything from your mattress and pillows to your bed frame and room setup, and help you create a space that sets you up for deep, restorative sleep (or whatever else you do in bed) every single night.

What is a Sleep System Assessment?

It’s a full checkup for your bedroom—mattress, pillows, bed frame, lighting, and even temperature. Everything that affects how well you sleep.

We’ll check:

  • Your mattress and how it’s supported
  • The bed frame, foundation, and any head or footboards
  • Pillows (they support 25% of your spine!)
  • Room temperature (ideal range: 64–68°), lighting, and TV placement
  • Sheets and comforter selection, which can impact temperature and comfort

Small things add up. A mismatched foundation or a weak frame can cause the mattress to sag. The wrong pillow can lead to neck and upper back pain. A room that’s too warm or lit by blue light can disrupt your sleep cycle.
