What is something new you’ve learned since working at Shovlin?

I have learned how to be professional and how to give the highest level of customer service.

What’s the strangest place you’ve ever accidentally fallen asleep?

I drive the delivery truck now, but when I was the delivery helper, I might have fallen asleep in the passenger seat sometimes.

If you could ban one bedtime habit forever (snoring, hogging the covers, etc.), what would it be?

Snoring. Too loud!

What’s one thing you enjoy showing or explaining to people who visit the showroom?

I like when customers ask questions during their delivery, and I am able to answer them with confidence. They usually ask me why their old mattress failed so fast, and whether the Shovlin mattress will be different. My answer is always that the Shovlin will be much better because we use only the highest quality materials, so it will last a very long time.

If you had to pick: firm, soft, or somewhere in the middle?

I like medium firm with a pillowtop.

Do you prefer staying up late or waking up early? (We know getting out of bed when you sleep on a Shovlin is hard either way!)

I like to wake up early because I can get more done!
