I have learned how to provide Ritz Carlton-level customer service and that the right mattress makes all the difference.
What’s the strangest place you’ve ever accidentally fallen asleep?
On the floor of my son’s room (oops!).
If you could ban one bedtime habit forever (snoring, hogging the covers, etc.), what would it be?
I can’t stand snoring, and everyone in my house does it!
What’s one thing you enjoy showing or explaining to people who visit the showroom?
I love explaining what makes Shovlin so different from every other mattress manufacturer.
If you had to pick: firm, soft, or somewhere in the middle?
Definitely soft.
Do you prefer staying up late or waking up early? (We know getting out of bed when you sleep on a Shovlin is hard either way!)
I’ve always been a night owl and loved staying up late. These days, though, I’m up with the birds… thanks to my son!
