Since my weight and exercise regime didn’t change, I can only attest the pain going away to the Nirvana. We have had our mattress for a year and are still loving it! No comparison to any other mattress I have ever had. You will never want to sleep on anything else! The customer service before and after delivery were second to none. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
